Why Are Dentists Pushing Deep Cleaning?

Bad dental hygiene often causes problems like gum disease, which can sometimes cause your gums to be in terrible shape. The treatment option for such a case is deep cleaning. Dentists' push for deep cleaning isn’t to make a quick buck but to help your gums get back in shape.

Q: Do Dentists Lie About Root Canals?

No dentists don’t lie about root canals. There are several cases where the damage to the tooth/teeth requires a root canal to save it. There are other cases where the tooth can’t be saved even with a root canal, as there may be too few teeth left. However, for you to receive a root canal, your dentist has to check the damage extent on your teeth.
